Uganda Child Care Foundation (Uganda CCF) is a Christian Community Based Organisation, Development and Advocacy Civil Society Organization.
Dedicated to working with Disadvantaged Children, Families and Communities to overcome adverse poverty and injustice in Uganda.

The organization was founded by retired Journalist and Christian Radio Producer and Presenter Pastor Matthew Okello and a group of renowned Pastors and Social workers in Pader District- Northern Uganda.
The idea for the formation of this Organization came after witnessing children in internally displaced camps in Northern Uganda being subjected to a good number of abuses in term of Child Soldier, Rapes, Defilement, Child Labour, Child Abduction, Child Dumping and Sacrifice and Hunger among other form of Child Abuses during the more than 20 years of civil war led by the terror Joseph Kony and the high rate of the HIV/AIDS scourge.
Northern Uganda is presently in Transition from emergency to Recovery.
More than 97% of the formerly Displaced Persons have returned to areas of origin or settled elsewhere. IDP Camps are closed and populations who have not been able to return are mainly in Transit Sites.
This act, by implication has led to High Mortality Rates, Increasing number of Street Children, Child Mothers, Child Headed Families and Orphans, Child Neglect, many School dropouts.
Uganda CCF is committed to human right based approach services in the areas of Advocacy, Child Protection, Psychosocial support, Talent development , Skills training, Education, Health, Livelihood Agriculture supports, Evangelism and Discipleship.
